This particular DVD is much better than most of the other Leslie Sansone DVDs because it can be customized, has consistent and clear instructions, has fun real people, and good music. After many years of use, the stretch band broke and I replaced that as well. weights started to smell an d I bought vinyl ones to replace them. It did not include the weight belt used in the video. I owned this DVD previously and bought one for my sister because it is such a good full body workout for an older woman without straining any joints or muscles.

I particularly like this video because you can customize and choose all 5 miles or fewer miles if you are short on time or don't want the full workout. The instructions are easy to follow and you can increase or decrease the intensity based on your fitness level. The music is good and easy to keep pace with. The whole 5 mile workout is a good pace, and Leslie Sansone's calls are well timed. Excellent video with real people and not professional "actors".
